How live spore testing works
Third-party air quality test.
Live spore testing samples the air in your treated area and counts active mold spores. It's the gold standard for verifying that a treatment worked. We don't do the testing ourselves — we have an independent third-party lab do it, so the result has no conflict of interest.
Testing is done the same day we apply the ADFT treatment. The samples go straight to the lab, and results take about 10 to 14 days to come back.
If the test comes back showing active mold, we come back and treat the area again at no charge. That is what the guarantee covers. If it passes, your 1-year guarantee is in place. Read the full written terms.
