We do two kinds of work, so we back each one with its own written guarantee. This is the exact language on the certificate we hand you after the job.
Full Treatment (ADFT Fogging) Guarantee
Every full ADFT fogging treatment is certified using our proprietary EPA-registered, biodegradable sterilizing solutions designed to eliminate mold at its source and neutralize mycotoxins on all exposed surfaces and treated air spaces.
100% Money-Back Guarantee
If a Viable (Culture-Based) Live Spore Air Test performed by a certified independent inspector within 7 days of treatment shows indoor active live spore mold levels more than 10% above Colorado's very high historical averages (per EuroFins Lab) or an outdoor control sample (at our discretion), we will re-treat at no cost. If a 2nd Viable Culture Air Test after our re-treatment still exceeds the same 10% benchmark, we will refund 100% of treatment cost (excluding cleaning). Client must allow MRE access for re-treatment within 7 days of notification.
One-Year Re-Treatment Guarantee
If moisture problems are corrected within 1 week and normal levels maintained, no active mold growth will return in treated areas for one year, or we will re-treat at no cost. This guarantee is fully transferable.
Limitations
Applies only to treated areas. Not covered: hidden/inaccessible mold, untreated areas, cosmetic staining, dead spores/residue. Void if: wood moisture exceeds 18% or remains unresolved; new leaks occur after treatment; areas disturbed before testing; non-viable test used (spore trap, tape lift, dust sampling, surface swabs, or any test that does not culture live airborne spores); chain of custody not followed; documentation incomplete; or access is denied within 7 days. We may require moisture mitigation or hidden mold exposure before re-treatment.
Required Documentation
All claims require a verified laboratory report, photos of exact sampling locations, and chain-of-custody documents. Tests without our review may void eligibility. We may perform our own tests to confirm results.
Spot Treatment Guarantee
Every spot treatment is certified using our proprietary EPA-registered, biodegradable sterilizing solutions that kill mold at its root and neutralize surface mycotoxins.
100% Money-Back Guarantee
If a Viable (Culture-Based) Surface Swab Test collected within 72 hours of treatment shows active mold growth on treated surfaces, we will re-treat at no cost. If a second Viable Surface Swab Test after our re-treatment still shows active mold growth, we will refund 100% of the spot treatment cost (excluding demo). Client must allow MRE access for re-treatment within 7 days of result notification.

Spore trap tests, air samples, tape lifts, dust sampling, or any samples that do not culture spores for growth are not acceptable for evaluating our process.
