ADFT Fogging Treatment, step-by-step.

Scope of work
Six steps from arrival to packup.
1. On-site verification
Crew arrives, confirms the treatment area matches the quote, walks through any access concerns with you.
2. Area prep & sealing
We seal off the treatment area (attic, crawl, or specific room) so the fog stays contained and reaches full concentration.
3. Generator setup
We set up the ADFT generator with the appropriate antimicrobial chemistry concentration for the area size.
4. Treatment + dwell
Fog runs for the appropriate cycle, then dwells for 2–4 hours so it can penetrate materials.
5. Ventilation & verification
We ventilate the treated area and visually verify dispersal is complete before handing back the space.
6. Documentation
Written treatment report, guarantee documentation, and optional live spore testing scheduled if requested.
