Black mold? Same process. One day.
"Black mold" is what most people call any visible dark mold growth (Stachybotrys, Cladosporium, Aspergillus). We treat all of them the same way: Anti-Microbial Dry Fog Treatment (ADFT).
What black mold actually is
It's not all Stachybotrys.
The term "black mold" usually refers to Stachybotrys chartarum, the kind most often discussed in news stories about mold-related illness. In reality, most dark-colored household mold is one of several species — Cladosporium, Aspergillus, Alternaria, and others — that look similar to the untrained eye.
For our process, the species doesn't matter. ADFT antimicrobial fogging kills mold at the cellular level regardless of which kind it is. If your problem looks like black mold, we treat it the same way we treat any other mold.
How we handle black mold
Same approach. Same one-day job.
ADFT antimicrobial fogging
Kills cellular structure of all mold species, including Stachybotrys.
Mycotoxin neutralization
The chemistry also breaks down the toxic byproducts black mold produces.
Live spore testing (optional)
Independent third-party verification that the air is clean after treatment.
Guaranteed clear
Our guarantees, in writing.
Money-Back Guarantee
If a verified post-treatment lab test still shows active mold after we re-treat, you get your money back. In writing.
