What homeowners always ask.

Will you remove my insulation?
No. The ADFT antimicrobial fog penetrates insulation and kills mold at the cellular level without removal. That's the whole point of the process, you keep your R-value, we kill the mold.
What if the mold is on the roof sheathing?
The fog reaches the underside of roof sheathing, rafters, and every cavity. If it's an enclosed attic space, the fog gets to it. We seal the attic before treatment to make sure.
Do I have to leave my home during treatment?
During the active treatment window (2–4 hours), yes. The crew seals off the attic and runs the fog generator. You can go run errands. You'll be back in your home that same evening.
Will the source come back? (e.g. roof leak)
Treatment kills the existing mold. If you have an active roof leak or ventilation issue causing the mold, that needs separate repair (we don't fix roofs). We'll flag the cause when we quote so you know what else to address.
How is this different from a typical mold remediation company?
Most companies require pre-testing, then quote a multi-day demo-and-rebuild job. We use ADFT antimicrobial fogging instead, which reaches the same surfaces without demo, in one day.
Is the treatment safe for pets and kids?
Yes, once the dwell time is up. The antimicrobial breaks down into harmless byproducts. Pets and kids can re-enter the home the same evening, the attic is the sealed area, not the living space below.
