What is ADFT

ADFT stands for Antimicrobial Dry Fogging Treatment. It's a process we've been refining on Colorado jobs since 2013. The basic idea: instead of removing materials to scrub mold off them, we use an ultra-fine antimicrobial dry fog that penetrates the materials and kills mold at the cellular level wherever it sits.
The fog is delivered by a specialized generator, dwells in the sealed space for 2–4 hours, then breaks down into harmless byproducts. The mold is dead, the mycotoxins are neutralized, and your home is ready to use that evening.
